Your new plan includes both banking reports (ask each of your lenders about special terms and incentives they offer when a TurboPass is included), the PayStub report (now used by many lenders to clear VOE), the NEW Identity report, the TurboPass insurance report (with full policy terms and deductions), and our utility report. 

In the spirit of giving TurboPass dealers the ability to verify more per each consumer, we are ALSO adding the total number of verifiable consumers for each subscription tier.

• The Intro Plus+ plan will go from 15 reports to 20 consumers per month
• Standard plan will go from 30 reports to 35 consumers per month
• Standard Plus+ plan will go from 50 reports to 60 consumers per month
• Enterprise will go from 100 reports per month to 110 consumers per month

All plans will see a $50 per month increase to the monthly subscription.

FAQs

Q: Why was this change made?

A: For years we have heard from our subscribers, that the most important thing to them is to fully understand their consumer and collect verifications in one easy process. That is why throughout our years in business we've added products to the TurboPass platform and now we're introducing the ability to send all TurboPass report types in a simple new invite screen.

Q: How do I pull multiple reports on the same consumer?

A: Two ways and both are easy. Either use the buttons at the top of your invite screen that are pre-set to multiple reports (ex. Banking and Identity) or simply click the check boxes of the report types you'd like the consumer to complete before you click 'Submit'.

Q: Will I continue to only be charged when a successful report is pulled?

A: Yes, if at least one report is completed, you will be charged one unit. If 2 or 5 reports are completed on the same consumer, you will also be charged one unit. If a request goes to the consumer, but no reports are generated, there will continue to be no units counted against your subscription.

Q: What lenders accept TurboPass reports?

A: All lenders accept TurboPass reports, and some lenders offer special incentives like lower bank fees, lower rates and better terms. Almost all lenders are able to fund faster when receiving a TurboPass reports vs. no verifications/ paper verifications. If you hear from a lender that they do NOT accept TurboPass reports, please contact us at Lou@turbopassusa.com immediately.

Q: What happens with a joint account?

A: Subscriptions are counted at the consumer level. Reports pulled on two different people will count as two units.

Q: Is there a limit to how many reports I can pull per consumer?

A: No, we strongly encourage you to use as many reports as you need per consumer.

Q: What if I am on a custom or annual plan?

A: These plans will remain intact until your annual expiration date. Your TurboPass representative will be reaching out to you as that date gets close to work with you on an updated plan.

Q: Can a current subscriber stay on their current plan if they don’t like the new one?

A: Because this is a platform-wide upgrade, all subscribers will have their pricing and usage limits updated. The pricing and usage limits of all previous monthly packages will no longer be available. For more questions call 855-667-8477 or email accounting@turbopassusa.com.

Q: How long do I have to pull multiple reports on the same consumer before I am billed?

A: As long as the first report you request on the same consumer is within 30 days of a subsequent report, you will only have 1 unit counted against your subscription's consumer count.

Q: Will overages be billed differently than they are today?

A: No, for each tier level overages will be billed at the same rate. However now, instead of being billed for additional reports, it will be billed by additional consumer.
